We offer Pilates and Nordic Walking classes in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside. Our activities vary from Wellbeing and Healthy Backs classes, through to Intermediate Pilates Mat work and Ultimate Nordic Sessions. Whichever class you attend you can be guaranteed a huge smile and warm welcome, with clients and the team regularly enjoying a cuppa at the end.
Pilates is a controlled exercise programme which is particularly recommended by medical professionals as a great way to strengthen the body and reduce the likelihood of an injury occurring. As a specialist for the rehabilitation of lower back pain and exercise for bone health (osteoporosis), Becki has particular skills and knowledge which assist her clients to exercise safely within a small group class, but also have the confidence to continue with their hobbies and interests.
Nordic Walking is a great way for people of all ages and levels of fitness to tone up, lose weight, and improve their health and wellbeing. The way that you use your upper body to move the arms and plant the poles means that you are able to propel the body forward as you walk. Benefits include using up to 46% more calories than normal walking, and using 90% of the bodies muscles. Outdoor exercise is also great for general health and wellbeing.
