A warm welcome awaits all of you on visiting Trap Agricultural Show… Come along and experience the best of local rural life! A traditional agricultural show run by a committee of enthusiastic volunteers, showcasing:
- rural farming life with an array of sheep breeds and rural classes
- the talents of local horse and pony riders
- an array of local talent in the main marquee containing a wealth of skills in baking, flower arranging, handicrafts and photography and is key to encouraging the next generation through the children’s classes!
- local and homegrown garden produce and flowers
- new for 2025 is the Hiraeth y Goedwig Craft Revival Award promoting heritage craft classes that celebrate traditional skills and endangered crafts. there will also be workshops where you can make a traditional craft.
- farming machinery and traditional tractors in the vintage section
- a variety of stalls, workshops and demonstrations promoting old traditions
- an overload of cuteness with the increasingly popular Pet Dog Show.
- fun and games with the return of the popular Digger Challenge, It’s A Knock Out, Children’s Sports, traditional Quoits and Cornhole competition, Knock the Nail and much more.
