Capel Gwynfe Hall: Tuesdays 1pm – 2.15pm
Llangadog Village Hall: Tuesdays 4.45pm – 6pm

Learning the Shibashi Form of 18 moves with warm up and relaxation. Shibashi is a gentle flowing movement practice that uses breath and mindfulness. It is good for balance, muscles and joints, calmness, sleep, immune and cardiovascular system. Please wear soft shoes and comfortable clothing.
