Come and join us in the beer garden as we celebrate our annual apple & cider day:
- Cider & Perry bar will be set up in the beer garden whilst Tafarn Cwmdu bar will also be open. Our 3 x 1/3 pint tasters are back by popular demand!
- The Apple Mill and Press will be available so bring along your own apples for pressing. Don’t forget your containers to take away your juice.
- Help will be on hand to identify any apple varieties and give advice on tree management
- Food and refreshments will be available 1pm – 4pm
- Longest Apple Peel Competition
- Homemade cider competition – bring your entry along and let the public decide. Winner announced 4pm
- Junior and Adult themed cookery competition – anything made from apples or pears or both can be entered. Entries in by 2pm, judging at 2.30pm
- Apple themed preserve competition. Entries in by 2pm, judging at 2.30pm
- Cwmdu Folk musicians will be joining us and hopefully Carreg Las Morris Dancers.
